I’m a big fan of all thing Star Wars, well maybe not all, (ehem.. Jar Jar) but for the most part, I love Star Wars related gear especially if they have to do with the original trilogy. That’s why, it’s not hard to see why I would want this Adidas Originals Star Wars Superstar track jacket featuring one of the most famous of Sith lords, Darth Vader. The jacket features an imprint of Darth Vader up front along with a small image of him on the rear. You can pick it up now at the Adidas Shop for $85.00 but only in small. This is from Adidas’s spring Star Wars collection so inventory may be low already.
Maybe this will cheer him up? The adidas Star Wars Superstar Darth Vader Track Top pays homage to the Dark Lord of the Sith with an enlarged portrait across the front, 3-Stripes down the arms and touches of Vader red.
- Front pockets with printed lining
- Full-front zip
- Ribbed cuffs and hem
- Cartoon inspired Darth Vader graphic on front
- Screenprinted Trefoil on left chest; Applied 3-Stripes down sleeves
- 100% polyester tricot

Continuing with the last adidas Orignals X Star Wars Han Solo SL72 post, here is a little viral video I found that features David Beckham, Daft Punk, Snoop Dogg, Franz Beckenbauer, Noel Gallagher, Ian Brown, Ciara, Jay Baruchel, DJ Neil Armstrong and others in a Star Wars mashup set at the Cantina.
Snoop Dogg is great in this.
Behold, the single greatest pair of Adidas ever created. Adidas will be releasing the special edition Adidas X Han Solo SL72 show this Fall/Winter as part of their Star Wars line. The shoes look like they’ve been dipped in pure carbonite and even have the red stripe on the back that mimics Han Solo’s red stripe on the side of his pants. In fact, the shoe is even accented in the same color blue as his pants.
“Remember when Darth Vader froze Han Solo in carbonite and then shipped him off to Jabba the hutt? Sick, wasn’t it? Well, Han is the inspiration behind the look of the adidas Start Wars SL-72, featuring other Han Solo details like his signature belt and the red sides of his pants.”
I don’t know how much these shoes are going to run when they are finally released, but you can bet on the Force that I’ll be in line to get them. Jabba probably has a large bounty on these.
